Can I get a quotation immediately?
For standard products, we may provide a faster quotation. For custom displays, transparent displays, touch integration, LED display systems or replacement projects, we need to review drawings, specifications, photos or application details first.
What information should I provide for a quotation?
You can start with a simple message. To help us review your inquiry faster, please include any information you already have, such as:

Do you provide samples?
Yes, sample support can be reviewed by product type and availability.
Some standard products may support sample orders. Custom products may require tooling cost, engineering cost or sample cost before samples can be made.
Can you help if I only have an old display sample?
Yes. For replacement or reverse engineering projects, please send photos of the display label, connector, cable, PCB, backlight, controller board and mechanical structure.
If photos are not enough for evaluation, physical samples may be required.
Do you support small quantities?
It depends on the product.
Some standard products can support small quantities or sample orders. Custom LCD glass, custom modules, transparent display systems, LED display projects and integrated display solutions usually require MOQ, tooling cost or project-based evaluation.
If you are not sure whether your quantity is suitable, please send us your requirement and we will review it honestly.
Can you customize a display from zero?
It depends on the display technology and quantity.
Custom monochrome LCD glass is more practical for tooling. TFT LCD and OLED projects usually use existing panels with customization around touch, cover glass, controller board, FPC, cable, backlight and mechanical structure.
For new OLED or TFT panel development from zero, the cost and MOQ are usually very high.
What is the usual lead time?
Lead time depends on product type, sample availability, tooling, customization and production schedule.
For standard products, lead time may be shorter. For custom products, transparent display systems or integrated display projects, we will confirm the estimated lead time after reviewing the requirement.
What trade terms do you usually support?
For international orders, quotations are commonly based on EXW Shenzhen or FOB Shenzhen, depending on the product type, order size and shipping arrangement.
We can also support courier shipment, air freight or sea freight coordination when required. Final shipping cost, packaging method and trade terms will be confirmed according to product size, quantity, destination and customer requirement.
Do you support international shipping?
Yes. We can ship samples and production orders internationally by courier, air freight, sea freight or other agreed shipping methods.
For large displays, fragile glass products or LED display systems, packaging method and shipping risk must be reviewed before shipment.
How do you support overseas customers after shipment?
After-sales support is handled case by case according to the product type and issue details.
If a technical issue occurs, we first review photos, videos, test results and system connection information. When the issue is confirmed, we may support troubleshooting guidance, replacement parts, spare modules or other project-based solutions.
For large display systems, local installation or service support may also be required from the customer’s integrator or local technical team.
What payment terms do you accept?
Payment terms are confirmed by order type, customer history and project requirement.
For custom products, tooling, sample cost or deposit is usually required before production. Final payment terms will be confirmed before order.
